2nd Step –

Virtual Design Consultation

Designer connects via video call (Zoom/WhatsApp).

Discussion includes:
✅ Outfit Category (saree blouse, suit, dress, lehenga, etc.)
✅ Style preference (neckline, sleeves, silhouette)
✅ Occasion (wedding, casual, festive)
✅ Fabric suitability advice
✅ Timeline & pricing estimate

Deliverable: Approved design + measurement plan + quote

3rd Step –

Measurement & Fabric Pickup

Option A — Customer already has fabric
→ Staff picks up fabric from customer’s home

Option B — Fabric required
→ Designer shows swatches digitally
→ Boutique provides fabric options/arranges purchase

Deliverable: Pickup receipt + final design sheet

4rth Step –

Pattern Making & Stitching

Pattern drafting based on provided measurements

Trial mockup (if needed for special outfits)

Embellishment details & stitching completed in workshop

Quality Checks:
✔ Fit accuracy
✔ Finishing standards
✔ Design approval

Deliverable: Pickup receipt + final design sheet

5th Step –

Fitting & Alterations

Option A — Video Fit Check
→ Customer tries at home, designer monitors fitting online

Option B — Home Trial Visit
